The standard of behaviour we expect from everyone who works for or with Alin Li OÜ.
1. Who it covers
Our code of conduct applies to staff, trainers, contractors and volunteers. It sets out how we treat people, how we handle conflicts of interest, and how we protect the integrity of the company. It works alongside our child safety, data protection and anti-money-laundering policies.
Everyone covered by the code is asked to read and acknowledge it, and it is reviewed every year.
2. How we treat people
- We treat learners, parents, colleagues and clients with respect and honesty.
- We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or bullying of any kind.
- We keep confidential information confidential and do not share client, student or company information without authority.
- We follow the law and our own policies.
3. Integrity and anti-bribery
We do not offer or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper gifts. Small courtesy gifts are acceptable; anything that could look like an attempt to influence a decision, such as cash or valuable gifts, is declined or declared.
Company assets, data and the Alin Li brand are never used for personal gain.
4. Conflicts of interest
A conflict of interest is not automatically wrong; hiding one is. Anyone whose personal interests could influence their work, for example through a relative, a competing business or a supplier relationship, must declare it in writing. Where needed, they step back from the decision and we record how the conflict was managed.
Outside work or business that could overlap or compete with Alin Li must also be disclosed.
5. Speaking up
Anyone who sees a breach of this code, a safety issue or wrongdoing is encouraged to raise it. Concerns go to the company’s management, and good-faith concerns are welcomed, not punished. Child safety concerns follow our child safety and safeguarding reporting route.
