1. Who operates this website

2. What we provide

Alin Li provides computing and open-source learning material and educational programmes. Paid training is distinct from the self-paced resource library. A programme description identifies its audience, learning outcomes, duration, delivery format, inclusions, and price. Consulting or organizational work requires a separate written scope and quote.

We do not promise an external qualification, examination voucher, hardware kit, or third-party certification unless the individual offer expressly includes it. An Alin Li certificate describes achievement of the stated Alin Li learning outcomes; it is not an external accreditation.

3. Enquiry, booking, and agreement

A request for programme information or a place is not a confirmed enrolment and does not charge your card. A paid engagement is confirmed only after the programme, delivery details, total price, and applicable terms are agreed in writing and the stated payment requirements are met. You receive an order or enrolment reference.

Please review the product description and customer policies before accepting an offer. The order process must record your acceptance of the applicable terms and refund policy. A parent or legal guardian must arrange enrolment for a learner under 18; please do not submit a child’s sensitive information through a general enquiry.

4. Prices and payment

The transaction currency, amount, and tax treatment are disclosed before payment. Programme offers denominated in QAR use Qatari riyals (ر.ق). No optional extra, recurring payment, or third-party examination fee is included unless it is described in the offer. Any separate quote states the currency and final payable amount.

Read the payments and delivery policy. Card payment is available only through an approved hosted payment page when enabled for your order. This site does not request full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or bank passwords.

5. Delivery and changes

The written confirmation sets out the schedule, location or online access method, duration, equipment requirements, and contact for the programme. Online resources and paid live training are separate forms of delivery.

If Alin Li cancels or materially changes a confirmed programme, you may choose a full refund or an agreed alternative without an additional transfer fee. Please see the refund and cancellation policy.

6. Respectful participation

Use the site and learning services lawfully. Follow reasonable classroom and online conduct rules, respect other learners, and do not share another person’s private information. Account credentials, where supplied, are personal. Serious misconduct may result in restricted participation, subject to the agreement and applicable consumer rights.

7. Learning material and open-source licenses

Alin Li retains rights in its original course material, branding, and learning resources except where a different license is expressly provided. Enrolment grants the personal or organizational learning permissions stated in the offer. Reuse beyond that permission requires agreement.

Third-party and open-source software remains governed by its own license. These terms do not remove permissions granted by an applicable open-source license. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Privacy and responsibility

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy notice. We provide agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights relating to defective or misdescribed services.

9. Applicable law and complaints

Estonian law applies unless a separate lawful agreement states otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase remain in force. Contact us first with your order reference and the outcome you seek. Dispute routes are described in the refund policy. The version supplied with your confirmed order applies to that order; later website changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
