Training quality & certificates

1. Our goal

Every learner should receive the same quality of teaching, whichever trainer or group they join. Our training quality policy applies to everyone who designs or delivers an Alin Li programme.

2. How we design courses

New and revised courses follow the ADDIE instructional-design model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. We set clear, measurable learning outcomes, build hands-on practice into lessons, pilot new courses before scaling them, and revise them using learner feedback and results.

3. What every course includes

• Learning outcomes that are measurable and shown to learners at the start.
• A clear structure and instructions.
• A named trainer and a way to reach them.
• Active, hands-on learning rather than lecture alone.
• Assessment aligned to the outcomes.
• Accurate, current, accessible and properly licensed materials.
• Equivalent quality across every language version of a course.

4. Who may teach

No one teaches an Alin Li course until they are approved for it. Trainers must show subject competence through qualifications, certifications or demonstrated experience, complete our safeguarding checks, and be briefed on the specific course and observed or co-teach before teaching alone. Approval is reviewed every year.

5. Certificates you can trust

• Certificates are issued only when a learner has met the stated outcomes, not for attendance alone.
• Each certificate carries a unique ID, date, course, level and issuer, and we keep a register so it can be verified later.
• We state exactly what a certificate represents and never imply accreditation we do not hold.

6. External quality standards

Our courses are designed to meet the criteria of the Estonian e-course quality label issued by HAKA, the Estonian Quality Agency for Education. Such labels and subject accreditations are awarded by their own bodies on application; this policy does not confer them, and we will only claim one once it has been awarded.
